To apply for a Year 3 place for your child in September 2025, you can:

• Apply online
• complete a WORD version of form SA2 application form (Word 66KB), which can be completed electronically and sent to School Admissions by email to school.admissions@cumberland.gov.uk
• download the PDF version of the application form (PDF 267KB) and return it either to your child's preferred school or send it to School Admissions at:

The closing date for applications is 15 January each year.

If you live in Cumberland and your child is currently in Year 2 at an infant school, they will be due to transfer to a junior or primary school in September 2025.  You must apply to Cumberland Council for a primary or junior school place.
